Make an Assessment Booking for your organisation
Centre for Employability Skills (CES) provides Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) assessments under the Employability Skills (ES) Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) framework.
The English WPLN assessment can be taken as different combinations of the following five modalities:

On the actual day of assessment, in order to serve you better at the counter and before the assessment, you are encouraged to have the following documents ready for verification:
Candidates will not be allowed to sit for the assessment without successful verification.

The eligibility criteria include:
Individuals who have not gone through or complete the WPLN training programme after pre-training assessment have to observe a three months lock-out period between assessments. This guideline would not apply to those who have attended and completed the recommended WPLN training programme.
Typically, there are two (2) scenarios that you can submit a reschedule request, subject to availability of assessment slots:

For Reading, Listening and Numeracy assessments, you will be able to receive the levels attained immediately after the assessments.
For Speaking and Writing assessments, you will receive the levels attained approximately 2 to 3 weeks after the assessments as the scripts will need to be marked by a panel of experienced scorers.
The cancellation of assessment request must be made no later than five (5) working days before the assessment date.
You will need to ascertain your eligibility prior to assessment registration as there will be no refund.
There will be no refund for candidates, who are barred from taking the assessment due to the violation of the rules and regulations set by the assessment centre, in addition and not limited to:
All refunds will require at least nine (9) weeks of processing time and a cheque shall be sent to you via post.

Please note, that only the following groups of users are eligible to register for SingPass:
(a) Singapore Citizen and Permanent Resident
(b) Employment Pass and Personalised Employment Pass holders
(c) EntrePass holders
(d) S-Pass holders
(e) Dependant Pass holders (of EP, PEP, EntrePass and S-Pass holders)
(f) Long Term Visit Pass-Plus (LTVP+) holders
(g) Selected Work Permit Holders who require SingPass authentication to perform e-Service transactions.

Singapore Corporate Access (or CorpPass) is a one-stop authentication and authorisation service, for corporate users to transact with government agencies online on behalf of their organisations.
CorpPass will be required for all entities to transact with the government from 1 Sep 2018. Singapore registered entities with a Unique Entity Number (UEN) that have not registered for CorpPass should do so as existing login methods, such as SingPass and EASY will cease by then.
Individuals who need to transact in a business capacity with the government are required to be UEN-registered and thus be eligible for CorpPass.

Your organisation appointed CorpPass administrators will need to assign users with the relevant SSG-WSG CorpPass e-Service role(s) to transact with SSG-WSG. To use the CES Online Booking e-Portal service, please refer to “What are the roles that need to be assigned in order to use the CES Online Booking e-Portal?”
